RETURN POLICY


For the sake of our environment, we would like to try and reduce unnecessary returns and associated emissions to a minimum with your help. We are always happy to assist you before, during and after your purchase if you have any questions.

However, should you wish to return a product, this is of course not a problem. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided to ensure safe transportation of the goods.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your order. Returns outside of this time window may be accepted at our discretion.

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and no delay occurs, items must be returned from the same country they were shipped to. Items returned from another country may incur additional fees or be delayed by customs. You may return by any safe means, but we cannot accept liability.

If you wish to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order with our store. You will receive a refund for the original item in accordance with our standard returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a JULIA LEIFERT credit, which allows you to quickly and easily purchase a replacement item.

Item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all clothing labels still attached. Returns that are worn, damaged, soiled or without original labels will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Before your package leaves our warehouse, it will be fully inspected and checked by our packing team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at shop@julialeifert.com. If your item is faulty (i.e. delivered damaged or has a manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchange. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

Excluded from this are custom made items and personalized items made especially for the customer.

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount paid. the refund will be in the same currency as the purchase. The amount debited will always be refunded to the buyer and card or account holder. The time of the refund depends on the payment method or credit card.

If you made your purchase with a voucher, you will be refunded for the amount actually paid after the voucher has been applied. The voucher will then cease to be valid. If you made your purchase with a voucher and return a portion of your order, you will receive a pro-rated refund proportional to the voucher value.
